Um...

Rice.
That's all I have to say.

Feeling blessed that we are Spanish/Caribbean Sephardic Jews.
Rice, beans, plantains and lots of veggies and fruits to ease the pain.

Who needs bread... right?

Beans and Matzah.
One gives you the runs and the other constipation.
What a perfect match.
