It's Italian for Dinner...

Does this sound good?

Tender boneless beef short ribs slow cooked in chianti wine sauce and served with portobello mushroom risotto and steamed vegetables...

That is DINNER to celebrate that one of my sisters is coming home from being deployed! Yay.

Let's see... since we're doing Italian, we can probably pair that up with some Panna Cotta for dessert! Yum!
